Not enough staff, you have to go to the front entrance to ask for some one to help you and when you get one they are not trained so i left and went to another shop
My wife and I had an excellent experience with Jordan (apologies if the spelling wrong) at the service and refunds counter last week. I had seen her earlier in the month about not receiving a special order and she said she would follow it up and prioritise it for me.
