Staff in the paints and tiles section here were super helpful! I went into the greenway store in canberra and this store was much more helpful. The canberra store didn't even mix the paint and the people in the tiles store had knowledge that was very useful! One person in canberra went for a break after the helpdesk put in a request for help for information on tiles.
This is a well stocked and friendly store, but there were heaps of customers queuing to pay and there was only 1 cashier working and the self serve area was also closed off. Hope the queuing system is improved.
