Omg. So much stuff in this huge bunnings. Im not from Melbourne but my regional bunnings has nothing compared to what's available here. Huge and seems to have everything available including furniture, rugs, pet food... really enjoyed seeing what they offer!!
Extremely poor customer service on multiple occasions coming here. Today a staff member told me they didn’t have something, another staff member directed me to a random fence equipment aisle at the other end of the store for it even though there was nothing similar to what I needed in that aisle. Previously I’ve had someone refuse to put aside something they allegedly had plenty of, and when I arrived that same day there was none of it in stock and I was mucked around by the staff to wait for them to help me only for no one ... read more
Sunday morning and only 1 checkout open. Why is the self service checkouts closed??!?!??!. 2 door people just looking on at the line getting bigger and bigger without calling more staff to open another checkout. Like where is the common sense?????. Paint counter was unmanned, had to request someone to come as well. Bunnings Box Hill South is much better.
