18th Nov 1:15pm, Rose the lady at the checkout clearly is there not to serve customers who want to pay but to have a chat with the bloke at the entrance. Not focused, head is all over the shop. Not giving the receipt for goods paid. Completely rude. Bunnings can do better having competent staff

NOBODY was up stairs to help me find a product, I was up there trying to find someone for 10 minutes before I decided to go to another Bunnings. I’m sure there’s plenty of people wanting jobs, hire them.
