I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jules from Special Orders at Bunnings Caringbah. After being directed to her for assistance with a product I intended to purchase, I waited patiently while she engaged in light hearted banter with customers ahead of me. However, as soon as she turned to me, her entire demeanour shifted. Jules was rude, dismissive, spoke over me, and ultimately refused to assist-sending me to the Trade Desk, which had absolutely nothing to do with my enquiry.
