I am not a regular at Bs but have had a few visits recently where I purchased garden implements , all of which failed within a day's work. This morning, 02/12/25 I made yet another visit to return two of the tools ( the other way returned a few days earlier). Pretty good bunnings store one of the largest ones in Brisbane
If only I could do zero stars. The girl in the trade desk absolutely no assistance and did not know where anything was and could not be bothered to look for and find items. I always use the app to find items, in this case Custompine half drilled board which the app showed was in stock but actually wasn’t. Don’t waste your time going to this Bunnings, Manly West much better.
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. One woman saw i was not well and she went and got me and iced water...charming.
