Wonder service
I was a bit taken a back when I came to replace my swap and go gas bottle. When I paid for a swap at the cash register, the guy didn’t tell me what to do or where to go, he just gave me a docket and served the next person. I went to the concierge person and asked them what I was meant to do, she handed me a key and didn’t give me any direction.
