Unaccpetable behaviour of a bearded ginger haired cauasian white skin staff in tool section area about midday today 09/03/2026. he was very rude and unwilling to help and he was very frustrated about helping me when i asked about what different between 2 mixing concrete tool. really unprofessional and unwelcome customer service, and discriminate to me as asian skin.
Changed my review from 3 stars to 4 as they seem to have picked up their standards here recently. I've had mostly good experiences over the past few months... So, you have to give credit where it's due :)
