I shopped here all the time before COVID and I rang up today to organise some colour swatches so I can match a new door to my house. They won’t do it because colour swatches are not a product? Well what about the expensive special order product I want to buy as a result of picking up those swatches... They had a lady in the paint shop so why couldn't she just organise that for me to pickup like I have my other orders?
