The staff member in plumbing section had no desire to assist - it was all too hard for him.. gave the wrong advice (didn't listen) so I had to return 45mins later to get the wrong item/product refunded and get the correct one - per AI advice. AI had it right the whole time, I shouldn't have listened to the 'plumbing aisle expert'. It's easy to see how AI & Robots will take over jobs like these - especially when the staff getting paid to assist customers and look after a aisle really have no desire to be there.

Had an incredible experience with a team member called Libby in the Byron store, great knowledge of stock as I had no idea how to explain what I was after but Libby knew exactly where and what I was after!
