Guys are a joke. They tell you timber/steel/fixings are in stock when you call......attend and they say "oh, the computer says we have 8 of those". No apologies, nothing. Don't even bother answering the phone after 4pm Friday. Bunnings Launceston are awesome, Trade Desk at Burnie need to be sacked. Further review after delivery of wood heater/flue??? The store layout makes it easy to find what I need, and using PowerPass and the online item locator saves heaps of time. Staff are always friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of parking, and the separate trades/trailer entry and exit is really convenient.
