Unfortunately I had to change my review I had the worst customer service experience today. I tried to return my product but I didn’t have receipt instead of offering me store credit which they have done before they accused me of never purchasing the product that is only sold at Bunnings stores and when I showed the transaction on my card they said they can’t see that same amount on the same day. This review is due to the Quality customer service that I receive from Trent in the Landscape yard at Burleigh Waters store. Day in Day out Trent is in there providing friendly, top quality customer service and knows everything there is to know about the products in his care. He also meticulously looks after the special orders in his care. When Trent is helping you, you can rest assured that your time won't be wasted. In my opinion he deserves employee of the year.
