Went into return an item. Everything was fine left what I wanted to return at the information and return desk. My complaint is the people using the desk as a cashier. People needing assistance are sent to the back of the line. This to me puts the poor staff member in a position of being a cashier instead of a customer service representative which of course upsets customers needing assistance

Luck of the day if you get good or bad service. Got caught out again, online page saying got stock, but no stock on shelf or in sky. Even there system hand held units say they got stock. Seriously need to clean that area up.
