General a good experience but today we have tried to collect and online only order and been given a real run around. That would not rate a negative review however the "gentleman" at the trade collection desk where we were apparently incorrectly sent was extremely rude and unhelpful. Won't be ordering online again. And we were in the right place - old fella should retire.
While I do enjoy the store, stock is often showing as available on the app but not there in reality. Staff say that happens a lot? Why is that?? Either it's there or it's not. I make a 45min trip on the app telling me they have what I need, only to find it's not really there??
Its great the younger staff are actually more helpful than the older ones. They oldish lady at the garden checkout really needs to smile and stop grunting. Other than that it's a great shop. Big thank you to Brady in electrical. Thanks for the support 7/7/2026
