I have just had a very polite and helpful young lady named Penny who has just gone above and beyond to help me find a suspension cord set for a hanging light as the box on the shelf was empty and as I needed it today and she had to strip down a full pallet to find the stock Penny offered me a complimentary coffee whilst I waited for the product to be found ,Penny is a real asset to your store.In my opinion she deserves a free lunch on Bunnings as she didn't just say sorry we don't have any and she went out of her way to ask ... read more
Ordinary...I love Bunnings but this one is horrible. Nothing I needed was in stock, couldn't find staff to assist which was super annoying after driving 1 1/2 hours to buy things for a project. No competition=care factor of 0 by Bunnings
20 minutes call: Answered with: "Bunnings!" Asked about garden mulch intending to spend over $200! Couldn't look up details. Couldn't find transfer number! Stated: "I've got lots of customers waiting!" I answered not my problem! She didn't know how to redirect call. Nor to put phone on silence! Got male co-worker finally. He couldn't answer query. Asked for Manager. Put thru but when redirected put on hold! Going elsewhere: Mitre 10!
