Super helpful staff
I had trouble finding something and I asked Hugo. I had left the store to go to Coburg bunnings when I heard Hugo behind me. He had found what I was looking for. Bunnings needs more Hugo, he was so polite and courteous. I will definitely be returning to Brunswick store. Well done Hugo
I went to the store looking for a specific product. I first approached an employee and asked for assistance. He told me he wasn’t sure, but kindly suggested that one of his colleagues would be able to help me. I then approached a young man with long hair and simply asked if he could help me. Without even asking what I was looking for, he immediately replied, “No.” As a result, I left the store without the product I needed and with a very poor impression of the level of customer service.
