They never have enough stock and they leave boxes with parts missing on the shelves. The staff are also super unfriendly and have an attitude.
I'm a 65 old lady..and have absolutely no idea how to DIY, but this morning I met this young man named "Ethan"... He was truly amazing! Not only help me find the right item ...but also patiently taught me how to use them ...I really want to thank him... I've been buying things here for over 26 years, and this young man has really made me feel warm and cared ...Thank you, Ethan.

I was there the other day, i was very disappointed by the staff, they were not willing to help me even when i clearly told them I can't find such and such. But they just tell me the area number but I couldn't find it. I spend most of my afternoon looking for staff that were no where to be seen
Always very helpful, great for a quick trip in........ or for the afternoon lol......just don't leave the misses in the car.
