I was in a rush didnt actual know exactly what I needed in the timber section as I was buying for someone else. (A darker skin guy with bald head sorry I did not catvh his name I was in a rush) He came upto me asked what I needed and quickly explained what would work for my needs etc. He got someone else to cut the timber to lengths. He asked did I have any more shopping to do. Which I did. Next minute he walked away and returned with a trolley for me even though I was able to carry the timber. What an amazing store, best bunnings in the area. What a huge garden variety. Plenty of parking and nice variety of other surrounding stores.

If you're going to close self-serve registers, at least make sure you have enough team on checkouts to handle the crowds, queues of 5+ yesterday afternoon with team members standing around talking to each other around the shop.
