⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited Bunnings Bonnyrigg WH today to buy a clothes airer and a laundry hamper. I was also looking at a 4K camera but decided to leave it for another time. The highlight of my visit was being served by Natalie Chaddoud at checkout – she was warm, friendly and went out of her way to help with my Flybuys. I told her, “The world is full of nice people like you – 99% nice people and only 1% are bad apples.” She’s a true example of excellent customer service and deserves recognition. Thank you, Natalie, for making my day!

Great carpark under the building with three different ways to get upstairs no matter your ability with walking. Greeter was great when asking which section to go to for the product I needed. Along the way I was asked by a staff member if I needed help. After telling them what I was looking for they said that they would call form an assistant to meet me there. As soon as the new assistant saw me they asked what I was looking for and was able too show me what I needed and wished me a pleasant day
