The staff unusually didn't know where to find things, and would have to call someone to get the answer. I'm actually very happy with that, because when everyone knows everything (I've seen it in Bunnings before), that makes it feel like an army camp and not the friendly local shop. 2 stars are just because 2 electrical and 3 plumbing items were available at Kembla Grange store, but not in this one. That's too many.
Paid parking equals one star I reckon
The staff really look after you. They are knowledgeable, polite and kind.
