The staffs are not helpful in the store, and they never answer the call. They could do better
Just had a pretty average experience this morning. I was over charged by the check out person, went back inside to get a refund and I was interrogated about my purchase and the price of the product. This is despite having the receipt, the transaction history and the actual price of the product in front of them. I get that it's first thing in the morning, but don't be so rude to your customers. Belconnen Bunnings has certainly gone down hill in the past 12 months.
Minus 1 star because the carparking is just an awful experience on the weekend. Staff are friendly, helpful and you can usually find one nearby. Plenty of choice in the garden section.
I purchased two Brilliant 122cm Supra ceiling fans at Bunnings Tugerranong as a discontinued line for $80 each. I wanted to buy more and the Tugerranong store pointed me to the Belconnen store who also had discontinued stock. When I went to purchase them at the Belconnen store they were full price and when I queried this with their manager I was very abruptly told that they don't price match with other stores. So much for 10% discount if you find a cheaper price! Disappointing customer service!
