Only bought wood from here, staff was very friendly which is always nice and knowledgeable which is handy.
Came to this Bunnings yesterday to have a key duplicated. The duplicates didn't work. Came back today about it and the staff didn't even bother to check if any blank keys could be used to duplicate the key. Just refunded me and said go somewhere else to have it cut. Basically just shooing me away.
Good service and selection
Visited on a fairly quiet afternoon, was directed to where l wanted to go, and found what l wanted (garage remotes) quickly. However the recommended remote (as shown on the packaging) wouldn’t work with my door, and after speaking to the door manufacturer, was told that Bunnings don’t stock their particular opener , and to purchase one from their dedicated dealer, which l did. The return refund was quick and easy.
