Called. Was on hold for a very long time. Gave up.
Absolutely disgusted by the service from Special Orders in this store. Trying to follow up on my order, each time been fobbed off with lies. Saying it is in transit, it is in Cairns, and the latest is it will be dispatched this week from Brisbane. Cancelled order and will go elsewhere for outside furniture.
