Friendly atmosphere, helpful staff
I bought a mature tree, a pot and a rectangular planter box which is quite heavy. I asked and paid to have them delivered to the balcony of my apartment and I said so to Bunnings staff. On delivery, the delivery company was given instruction to deliver them to the front of the apartment building only, not to my apartment. Or I can pay another $150 to havr them delivered from the ground floor to my apartment on the 4th floor. This is a ridiculous situation but i refused to pay it.
