Old bloke supervising the power tools section was too busy watching reels on his phone, I know this as I walked past him multiple times trying to find what I needed as he was watching what looked like half nude Japanese women on Instagram. Girl at the front who scans the receipts also on her phone as well as I was walking around trying to find things. I’d love to work here, as it seems you get paid to ignore customers and watch your phone. Please reply i would love to have my resumé in here, it appears to be my dream job!
Today at approximately midday I was at the tool counter looking for an item. The guy on the counter was busy and one of his teammates passed by. I asked the guy who walked by if he knew where the brass wire brushes were. He said I'm on break and walked away. The guy at the counter saw this and helped me even though he was helping another customer. Even he was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism shown by his coworker.

The service I received from the female and team today at the service centre was very poor. After waiting15 minutes to hire a steam cleaner she said I need to make a booking even though the night before we were not told this. There were 5 cleaners sitting there however they hadn’t been transferred out. Instead of calling somebody to help, she said I would just serve these people first which there was six people in the line. After that, it took close to 30 minutes to find someone to complete hire.
