Excellent Bunnings!
Listen to the call initiated on 26th Sep 2025 @ 2:22PM (call transferred to special order desk) for Wiz Remote Control. Customer Service failure at its best. Easy for me to write a one star review but take it as a feedback.
I never knew that I wasn't allowed to sit on a chair swing on display there but tan Scott Morrison (an old guy there) told me and my sister off September 2025 - I asked another guy there if he knew about power points and he was a complete smart alec and rude
Not easy to find staff to assist you, but a good Bunnings otherwise. A larger selection
Ordered an item online. They delivered the wrong item, wouldn't respond to email inquiries for 2 weeks. Then when they did call I was told they never had the items I wanted in stock and if I wanted a refund I would have to go to a Bunnings store and do it myself. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. If they didn't have the item in the first place at least just refund me the amount over the phone when they did finally respond.
