I was in Bunnings and at back they have a cafe and I went to buy a drink to be told it closed when I wanted to order it was 4:02pm I know the sign says what time the cafe operates from but if the warehouse closes 9pm weekdays the cafe should close when Bunnings closes or 30 minutes before not 9am to 4pm why close a cafe when the warehouse itself closes later terrible house for a cafe operation house in a warehouse
Does anyone know what’s going on with Bunnings (Altona)? Been going there for the last 20 years I’ve never seen it this bad.. Service is really really gone downhill and it’s very sad to see. Rang up a couple of nights ago and was told that someone would give me a call back. No one did. Went this morning to get some paint no one at service counter, waited for 15 to 20 minutes. Still no one came. Seems like no one really cares in this place. Head office and management of the store really need to get their arse into gear.
