I was stood waiting at the returns desk for 20 minutes. When I was finally served, the barcode on my online order confirmation email wouldn’t scan which meant I needed to wait for a senior member of staff to come and help. All I was trying to do was swap one $10 door chain for another $10 door chain. I ended up walking out.
