Rang the store regarding a year old battery operated lawn mower that had a faulty starting mechanism. Explained to Hanan in trade dept the situation, no receipt, who advised to return product to the store. Hanan then directed us to Luke who was absolutely wonderful, finding details of my purchase and was able to give me a replacement mower. The adult equivalent of kmart 😅 went in for hose and walked out with random things i didn't need. Staff were really informative though
