It seemed very messy and somewhat unorganised. I also thought they seemed to be low on certain stock but that could have been due to the first points I mentioned.
Yesterday 26th of July around 3:30 visited Bunnings regarding a faulty blower, and unfortunately the customer service experience was very disappointing. As soon as we walked in, the a man staff member at the front door didn’t greet us or ask how he could help. Instead, the first thing he said was, “Where is the box?” There was no “Hello” or “Good afternoon,” and the conversation immediately felt unfriendly.he was so rude but again I also know how to talk with those folk later when we were about to check out he just ran away ... read more
