Sadly those corporate businesses simply don't get it. It takes a little more than placing a person at the entry to greet customers. Apart from the rather nice gesture there seems to be not much more of joy. I was searching for a particular item which the website said was available in store. When driving to the store I had to discover that this information was false. I then asked a staff member after I found one....who made an effort to get on top of this. i have been purchasing stuff from this place since while ago, and just discover a great team name Matt, he specialise in Plumbing section, but he is really helpful in other section too! he try to find solution to which item i have to purchase, without him, i could never figure out on what to do in my diy project, he know EVERYTHING! he has strong communication skill that makes everyone love to listen to, he serve with care, too!! please give him reward!!
