The evening team today is very rude, well below the usual good service I’d expect from Bunnings. I asked 3 staff members simple questions and were responded to with poor attitude. The young guy at front checkout tonight especially was shocking, if you don’t want to work in retail in the evening stay home mate
The store is huge, with plenty of undercover parking, and they carry almost everything I ever need for home and garden maintenance. However, the staff can be hard to find, it feels a little like a game of hide and seek. When I do eventually catch up with one, it seems like it's not their area. The staff have always been pleasant and tried to help to the best of their ability.
Kelly went above and beyond to search that i had the right bulb . So grateful to get such a lovely staff member
