Very nice place easy to parking lot of car parking. Trades drive thru parking available.. Overall Customer service great.
I am a regular at Bunnings, spending most of my weekends doing home renovations. However, the policy of allowing pets in Bunnings is crazy. Last week, a lady had her dog in a trolley in the timber section who was barking at all people. Pets are not humans and I don't want to be disturbed when I am shopping in peace. It is bad enough for pets to be in cafes and restaurants which I give a miss for this reason. Great undercover parking and helpful friendly staff
When I paid in the tools area, the older lady didn't say any greetings many times. Of course, I didn't have the right to do this, but it felt a little strange. Once when I was about to show her onepass, she told me, sorry, it was too late. She had pressed the return button, and she was willing to help me re-accumulate points. I have been to many bunnings, and I have met other service staff who are very fast. They will not ask if you want to show onepass, but they are willing to help you re-operate.
