Unprofessionalism at its peak! After living in Australia for seven years, I thought I'd seen it all, but this doctor takes the cake. Dr. Shamima Jahan has lot of experience and. The way she handled the patient is best .
My Husband has a problem remembering things, so I always write a letter to the doctor. It seems that Dr Khurana can't read,as he didn't respond in a positive way. Also my Husband waits hours to see the doctor, when he has an appointment. My Husband will never go back to this doctor ever again. If you are looking for a good doctor, I recommend you look elsewhere.
2 stars as it was easy to book over the phone but very bad experience because of waiting in small full reception room. 8 peoples in 12m2 room, I insisted to have the door open or I was waited outside as covid safe. I kindly asked the reception if they can tell me if the gp is in schedule or how late would it be.
