I have been going to this practice for years. I think the staff at reception are lovely, and have been seeing Dr Rachel the whole time with no issues. However, I have since moved overseas, came home to visit and perform some routine checks. The doctor who I saw on the day stated that I would be unable to have my results communicated and I would have to nominate someone to receive them which was no issue. I took my 5 year old son to see a Dr due to an ear infection, We had to wait hours in the waiting room and after We finally saw the Dr my son was scared, tired and didn’t wanted to sit still instead of helping Dr said that he have no time for it and send us home, did not even look at his ear! This medical centre is very neglecting toward the patients, the worst service Ive ever experience

Dr Jahan is a fantastic doctor for my family. We have been patients of hers since 2018. She listens to our issues and addresses them. The doctor is brilliant with my 4 yo son. She will ring you about your concerns well after she is due to finish work. Whenever we make an appointment, the front desk staff ring me to come in 15 minutes before I'm due to see her so we are not waiting for ages. I would highly recommend Dr Shamima A Jahan.

Seating for 2 hours with a fever of 39.1 C to wait for late appointment (originally 11.45am) to receive advice to do covid test ( it was 14pm). I can understand that. Coming back again after negative test result to be sent for an afternoon appointment....that's terrible. To visit Bunnerong Medical centre you must be strong and healthy to survive this complicated process. I hardly recommend this place.
