I just want to share my experience recently but will not be naming any brokers. I am assigned to one broker who is off for a period of time, in the interim I get a different broker who thankfully moves some things around and saves me $1000/annually. First mentioned broker comes back and I am reassigned to their caseload. I ask for a quote but I am left feeling like the broker is not interested in helping me and did not listen while I was talking.
