This is my first time contacting Westland Insurance. Dean Miller provided me with outstanding customer service and actually exceeded my expectations. Not having owned a parked trailer, Dean was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance that would benefit me the most. He explained in detail about the coverage. If you are needing insurance of any kind, I would highly recommend asking for Dean. I plan on contacting him to discuss my car insurance when it comes due next April.

I was a client for more then 15 years up until yesterday. This "WAS" a good brokerage when it was Bunnell Hitchon. When Westland bought it out it went downhill fast. The agents here are not interested in helping you out if you're not assigned to them. I phoned in to get them to quote new insurance companies as I felt I was getting overcharged by Gore.
