went with a badly cut finger. i had my id and a recent peice of mail from my insurance company. the mail had my id number and the insurance companys phone number. it was of course, on thier letterhead. kumars office refused to call the company and verify my insurance and insisted i pay upfront before they would see me. i was the only guy in the waiting room.
