mixed feelings On the positive note-great selection,prices,and accessories. The negatives-- I have not gotten return calls as promised on several different matters. I did not receive all of my order and had to follow up on my own and was told I could come to the store-I had paid for delivery so told them they could drop it off. The laquor [sp?] on the bed was very offensive and took several weeks to air out.
Definitely a different kind of furniture store We recently went shopping for an all-in-one style loft bed, a unit that integrates a dresser, desk, trundle bed, and loft bed all in a single unit.
Don't Shop Here! I had a similar experience to Thomas. Before my purchase, the sales staff was very accommodating and nice. After they received my money, however, was another story. They never called to schedule a delivery. After I called, the furniture was delivered almost three months after I ordered (although I was assured it would take less than a week). Avoid this furniture store. Poor quality and poor customer service We bought a complete bunk bed bedroom set for our children. The sales guy was very nice and accomodating in the store when we ordered the furniture. The furniture was delivered to the house, and there were several problems with it. Despite being assured that all the pieces came from the same lot, (meaning all the finishes would match exactly), one of the dressers was completely a different color. That was not the only problem. Very happy I recently purchased two mattresses and box springs from this store for almost HALF of what the identical ones cost in other stores. I could not have been more satisfied. I was purchasing a bed for both myself and my daughter, and most adults would not think to go mattress shopping at a kid's furnture store, but I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend them. They even cut my delivery fee in half because I lived close to the store.
Pricey but good! This is where we got our daughters' bunk bed. They have a wonderful selection, and they even recently doubled in size! The staff is nice and willing to help you with any questions you may have, or even to assist you in finding what you're looking for, and the bed delivery is definitely a plus! Visit these guys before you visit those "well-known" (and often pricier, with less selection) competitors!
lots to choose from here! This store has a huge selection of beds and bunk beds! The owner is very friendly and works hard to show you what he has to suit your needs....he also gives you time to loo on your own and talk about things. We bought a bunk bed there and haven't had any problems. We would go back there to shop any time!
