I literally sat at the speaker to order with one car at the window ahead for 25 minutes so I decided to call and make sure the speaker was working, it was, took another 13 minutes to get my food, checked it before I left and was totally wrong from how I ordered it, I go up to the door and tell them it was made wrong after sitting here for 40 minutes and she asks me, "Do you want us to remake it"? Well, for a while, this was a regular stop for me, to grab a great burger. However, they recently added the old “tip trick” to the drive thru window. Huh, I drove there, wasn’t waited on. This isn’t a mistake either, it’s by design. A friend of mine sells these credit card terminals to different businesses around Michigan. I’m told that it’s an option that different companies or franchises can decide to have at their drive thru window or not. So, I’m done playing this game. Not your average burger joint. We ordered the Baseline Burger and the Bunkhouse Bird, along with a side of Mac Bites and a Cookies & Cream shake. Everything came out hot, fresh, and well above typical fast-food quality. The Mac Bites were amazing, but the Winnebago sauce was definitely the star of the meal. The shake was thick, creamy, and the perfect treat to end the night. Our daughter usually doesn’t even like burgers — unless they’re from Bunkhouse.
