It’s a very cute community. The roads are a little narrow, however it’s very well-maintained
When I first moved here I loved it here. Everything I was told was a lie. I was told the rents wouldn't go up much. No more than $30 $35 per month. I came in here at a high rate and I'm now paying $1376.95 per month. They don't do anything to fix the roads in here. They just patch them up temporarily. I have been complaining about a tree that was between my home and my neighbors for 3 years now and they wouldn't cut it down. I will preface this by saying the community residents are why I haven’t moved yet. Originally I was happy to make a positive review, with all the negatives that have happened, I’ve now changed my mind. Last year’s lease renewal (2025) was 6% increase when New York State minimum is 3% - however with legal written proof of things that need to be improved max of 6% would be allowed. No changes, nothing fixed. No proof of written things to legally back this increase. However the park out east got new electrical. Why we have to p... read more
