No one is in the office that knows what they're doing. We have been trying to sell my mom's mobile home for over 2 months. The buyers have been waiting 2 months for an approval to live there.
Does anyone at this office actually exist? Been trying to call them for 3 weeks. Get an answering service during business hours, leave messages but never get a return phone call. Guess all that coverage in 2015 about it being an absolute nightmare was true.
My husband and I own a home here about 30 years and my daughter for 5 years. Safe and friendly environment and Kerry and Zack who were in the office were great with getting back to me with any questions I had. Update last year maintenence on trimming trees on side roads and ignoring multiple homes in the area with grass that is 3 and 4 ft High. Sad how they are letting things go.
