Thought it was getting better in here but since staff changed once again going downhill. Neighbors don’t follow any rules or consideration for one another. New neighbor parks his truck on front lawn although he has a cleared driveway. Cigarette butts thrown out onto his lawn however blows over in my adjacent driveway along with leaves they won’t pick up after. My husband and I own a home here about 30 years and my daughter for 5 years. Safe and friendly environment and Kerry and Zack who were in the office were great with getting back to me with any questions I had.
No one is in the office that knows what they're doing. We have been trying to sell my mom's mobile home for over 2 months. The buyers have been waiting 2 months for an approval to live there.
Does anyone at this office actually exist? Been trying to call them for 3 weeks. Get an answering service during business hours, leave messages but never get a return phone call. Guess all that coverage in 2015 about it being an absolute nightmare was true.
