I will preface this by saying the community residents are why I haven’t moved yet. Originally I was happy to make a positive review, with all the negatives that have happened, I’ve now changed my mind. Last year’s lease renewal was 6% increase when New York State minimum is 3% - however with proof of things that need to be improved max of 6% would be allowed. No changes, nothing fixed. Amazing experience, Patricia is courteous and professional and goes out of her way to help. My sisters move in and experience this far have been awesome!!!
The community itself is great! Good people and quiet. However, the management (I believe the whole main in office is under new management) Is awful. We had a snow storm last week. Apparently the night before the snow storm they had to shut off the water to the community. There was no communication about this. Everyone woke up the morning of the storm and their water was off. Many people were panicked and even went under their houses with heaters trying to solve the issue. We opened a ticket with the AI text support because t... read more
Holy crap the new management is so nasty and unprofessional!
Our family has been living here since 1990. Back then everything was taken care of immediately. 2018 to midway of 2025 was rough. Multiple changes in staff and lots of lack of staff in the office. Now, things have changed. There’s reliable staff in the office. Issues are being addressed. Matters are being taken care of. It’s starting to feel the way it used too back in the day.
