The office management is very unprofessional and disorganized. They frequently make mistakes with rent, checks, and other administrative tasks. Some residents display unpredictable or unsafe behavior, which can make the environment feel concerning. Based on my experience visiting or interacting with this property, I would not recommend living here.
If anybody looking into this place, it's not really worth it because you have to pay. The lease of the land is about $1300 and it goes up every year. And if you have a mortgage, you have to pay the mortgage and this place is HOA so if you wantna do something anything else you'll probably it has to be by that permission and they say so, what you can't do what you can't do. And the land is too small.You can hardly do nothing or to enjoy yourself. And restricted.
The office management is very rude and incompetent. They don't know what they're doing. They are all over the place making multiple mistakes a week with people's rent and other things. They allow certain residents to get away with breaking multiple community rules. Nobody in the office has had any related work experience. The management is a complete joke taking over a month to get back, lost of our application twice resulting in us putting in an application THREE times. Getting denied here is a blessing in disguise because you dodge a bullet
