I’ve lived in the community for the last 15 years. We have had ups and downs with managers. The management we have now are really committed to trying to fix all the bad that went on for many years. They are always at the office they answer the phones and they care for the community. I’ve never had a problem with new management in the office they have always answered all my questions and concerns. I have high expectations and confidence that this community will get better.

The office management is very unprofessional and disorganized. They frequently make mistakes with rent, checks, and other administrative tasks. Some residents appear to be treated more favorably than others, and staff expectations are often unrealistic. The community has ongoing issues, including sewage problems, stray animals, trash, and poorly maintained roads. Some residents display unpredictable or unsafe behavior, which can make the environment feel concerning. Based on my experience visiting or interacting with this property, I would not recommend living here.

If anybody looking into this place, it's not really worth it because you have to pay. The lease of the land is about $1300 and it goes up every year. And if you have a mortgage, you have to pay the mortgage and this place is HOA so if you wantna do something anything else you'll probably it has to be by that permission and they say so, what you can't do what you can't do. And the land is too small.You can hardly do nothing or to enjoy yourself. And restricted.
