I have read through all these comments about how great Shae and the rest of the staff are. I have to strongly disagree. I have had a few encounters with Shae and to be honest, I find her to be unfriendly, unhelpful and abrupt. The rest of the staff are amazing, friendly and give you the time of day. I absolutely don’t doubt the post that the previous person has put up about her. I also find it hilarious how the owners get quite defensive and passive aggressive in their responses to other posts. It’s disappointing to see someone publicly criticise an individual in such a personal and negative way. Leaving a review that targets a staff member—especially if you are not a patient of the practice—does not reflect fair or constructive feedback.
