I have read through all these comments about how great Shae and the rest of the staff are. I have to strongly disagree. I have had a few encounters with Shae and to be honest, I find her to be unfriendly, unhelpful and abrupt. The rest of the staff are amazing, friendly and give you the time of day. I absolutely don’t doubt the post that the previous person has put up about her. I also find it hilarious how the owners get quite defensive and passive aggressive in their responses to other posts. As a patient of Bunker Rd Medical Centre, I feel compelled to respond to previousreview. The staff, including Shae, have always been professional, respectful, and genuinely caring. It’s disappointing to see someone publicly criticise an individual in such a personal and negative way. Leaving a review that targets a staff member—especially if you are not a patient of the practice—does not reflect fair or constructive feedback. ISN'T IT FUNNY - NO REVIEWS IN THE LAST 7 MONTHS, THEY GET A BAD REVIEW AND THEY HAVE THEIR "PATIENTS" WRITE GOOD REVIEWS FOR THEM???? A LITTLE DECEIVING IF YOU ASK ME - JUST SAYING. DR MAL HAS ALSO TOLD MY 90 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER AND MY 70 YEAR OLD MOTHER THAT IF I DIDN'T TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN, THEY WERE'T ALLOWED TO COME BACK TO THE MEDICAL CENTRE.
