If I could give 6 stars I would. Dr Mal listens, explains what and why and is warm and friendly! The whole team work and provide a positive Gp visit experience. thankyou.

We have been with Dr Mal since he was practicing at Russell Island. We still attend his practice even though he is now in Victoria Point and wouldn't change our Doctor. We have never had an issue with appointments and fully understand that occasionally we may have to wait as the Doctor has had an emergency case or other patients have been late or longer than usual. The reception staff have always been friendly and considerate. Never a problem with referrals and he always recommends very good specialists.

I have read through all these comments about how great Shae and the rest of the staff are. I have to strongly disagree. I have had a few encounters with Shae and to be honest, I find her to be unfriendly, unhelpful and abrupt. The rest of the staff are amazing, friendly and give you the time of day. I absolutely don’t doubt the post that the previous person has put up about her. I also find it hilarious how the owners get quite defensive and passive aggressive in their responses to other posts. As a patient of Bunker Rd Medical Centre, I feel compelled to respond to previousreview. The staff, including Shae, have always been professional, respectful, and genuinely caring. It’s disappointing to see someone publicly criticise an individual in such a personal and negative way. Leaving a review that targets a staff member—especially if you are not a patient of the practice—does not reflect fair or constructive feedback.
