Call the practice this morning to make an appointment for my partner who is a non existent patient, reception says the she will have to ask if dr will accept to which he did I then went on to inform her that he has tested positive on a rat test, was told to come down at 3:45 to fill out paperwork ect. To which we waited nearly an hour to receive a phone call to tell us that because he tested positive the doctor won’t see him. Asked for a referral which I didn’t get during my appt.. was told to wait, doctor calls receptionist to tell me to go somewhere else. I suggest everyone go somewhere else
