So helpful and kind! When I moved my things in I had multiple people helping me and they couldn't shut the door. Someone stole from my unit because I was unable to close it that same night and stole my things and broke in to the other unit. I am not being restricted from getting my things after paying again, and called a thief, as well as being charged for the break in!!!!!! I had trouble getting in my unit, closing my unit, and how I was treated! I highly do not recommend this place.
Easy Access to storage. I really like the app on the phone and open Your storage unit itself. No pad locked needed. Also attentive to phone messages Whitney was very helpful. Thank You for a great experience.
