I wish everyone was as helpful as Dr. Rosenbaum. He was knowledgeable and explained the evaluation process completely. His work was performed in a professional manner and always focused on the best interests of my son. His report actually came out in advance of his estimate. I really feel that he was well worth the time and money.

Dr. Rosenbaum was the first person who took the time to hear my concerns. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Even though he said things I didn't want to hear, he always had the best interests of my child at heart. I would use him again.

If there were any lower rating Mr. Rosenbaum has earned it. Rob seemed much more interested in lining his pockets than settling any grievance my former wife would bring to the table. His technique seems to be keeping the pot boiling to extend his billable hours. When I asked for an explanation his response was "I haven't billed you 10% of what I could have." He took $10,000 from me.

Rosenbaum doesn't practice what he preaches. Took 2 years to produce the report. Sent a huge bill and demanded all the ridiculous balance to be paid in full before the report is released. Ignored and never verified important facts that had been provided. Avoids explaining his opinion. Constantly attempts to remove any negative public feedback around the web.
