I usually have a good experience here, unfortunately the latest time was pretty bad. I clearly asked my barber not to cut the hair on the back of my head (as I am - or was - trying to grow it out), only trim the top and sides. He acknowledged that but proceeded to lop off the hair on the back of my head.
