Len did our appraisal a couple years back. Recently found the paperwork and thought I would share our terrible experience. His appraisal came in so low it was ridiculous compared to the comps in the area—he only did a search within a 2 mile radius with two comps and neither were comparable to our home (comped with a 1.5 story log cabin—not even close to a 2 story home). appraisal 1 of 2 bunker hill review t was clear he spent little time truly researching comparables in our area as those he chose did not match in square footage, number of bathrooms, or number of bedrooms - pretty standard, objective criteria. He did not walk our property or go onto our large deck when he came. He rudely dismissed any questions. We questioned the appraisal through our bank after hours of research collection on my part. Completed an appraisal of my home. Inaccurate information. Does not return emails or calls. Arrogant. Clueless of area and what is selling.
