Please change the wording on the booking website. When my husband and I reserved "twin beds," we expected beds for a pair. Refunding for half of the accommodation cost and leave the both of us with nothing? Not even the whole amount is a joke, almost tempted to initiate a chargeback. The way this information was related to us was so dismissive.
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a few days! It was so comfy and cozy. Mitch does a great job making us feel welcome and giving us tips for cool places around town:)
Mitch was so beyond rude from the one and only conversation I had with him. He called me to ask when I would get there which I politely stated” “we actually just arrived and were about to call you to see how we get in” (the back gate was closed and there was no walkway to an entrance). He immediately stopped me and said “we” what do you mean “we” your reservation says one person. This was by far the most unique place I’ve ever stayed! There is such a calm, cozy and welcoming vibe here that we didn’t want to leave! Mitch was the best host ever, but he was more just like a friend! The location is perfect, and there is a bus stop right outside. Highly recommend staying here, it made our visit to Breckenridge a great experience. ☺️
