If you’re looking for a client centred vet unfortunately this isn’t it. Living in this village my whole life and previously so looked after by this vet, new reception staff and management have sadly destroyed community partnership and trust. Clients aren’t allowed to ask questions and receptionist are allowed to speak rudely. Recent experiences have reminded me about Sonzas- cheaper, client centred, friendly and respectful! There for your pets and you!!
I have been going to Bungendore vets for years. They have seen our sheep, dogs, and cats, Michael and Stacy are legends. I cannot fault this veterinary practice and I come from Sydney but now live in Bungendore. Progressive and caring service.
Terrible service the Vets won't actually speak to you, they leave it to the nurses to talk to you. Don't really care about the welfare of animals at all
