Thank you Bungendore vets 🩷 Every person I dealt with here was wonderful and very kind. The vet I saw was so patient and understanding of my situation. The facilities are also great, being able to use a yard while waiting to have my horse seen, and easy parking for my float! Will be returning in future 😊
If you’re looking for a client centred vet unfortunately this isn’t it. Living in this village my whole life and previously so looked after by this vet, new reception staff and management have sadly destroyed community partnership and trust. Clients aren’t allowed to ask questions and receptionist are allowed to speak rudely. Recent experiences have reminded me about Sonzas- cheaper, client centred, friendly and respectful! We can’t thank the team at Bungendore Vet Surgery enough for the care they’ve given our two lambs, Barney and Daisy. From their regular check-ups to helping us through a scary bout of bloat, the vets have been nothing but professional, kind, and genuinely caring.
