Everyone here is utterly amazing <3 - Lovely caring, compassionate and intuitive staff/admin that will actually pick up on pain you are trying to hide from years of being stuffed around and let you talk to one of their team members about getting real help and solutions. - Doctors that actually listen and aren't dismissive like the lovely Dr Neeta, care enough to do their research enough to see you are telling the truth about all your symptoms and help you properly. Disgusting experience. My daughter had an appointment for her 3 year old son 15/7/25 at 8.45am with Dr Chaitali Thakker, what a horrible Dr. Basically didn’t examine her son properly and made my daughter feel “ why are you here wasting my time “. Diagnosis - there is nothing wrong with your son. Now I suppose you need a medical certificate for the day off work (very sarcastically). To which my daughter replied. I am a stay at home mum. They advertise also that they bulk bill for children, that didn’t happen. My grandson did ... read more
If you need surgery, don't wait until they can accommodate you; it may take weeks, and you may pay a hefty price waiting at their convenience. Go elsewhere and just get it done, put yourself first. Life is too precious to put it in the hands of others less caring.
