Please don’t waste your time in purchasing a class. I’m from NY I don’t live in Texas they canceled a class on me and now I can’t get a refund due to their negligence. They definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. All I wanted was to try something different. I can’t reschedule because I’m not gonna be here so you tell me if that’s fair. Don’t BUY especially if you are from out of town.
I saw a video online and thought , Why not?? So glad I gave it a shot because this was soooo much FUN!! It didn't feel like a workout but my Whoop device told me I burned a lot of calories while having fun. Definitely recommend with anyone struggling to make themselves workout, this is something you look forward to not dread! The team and instructors are all so nice and welcoming too.
When in DFW… why not? Beginners class w my daughters!! SOO much fun! Lauren was an awesome instructor!
Thank you to Lauren! We were all beginners in the class. I had a great workout with excellent instruction! Definitely low impact. The burpees were my favorite!
