Thank you to Lauren! We were all beginners in the class. I had a great workout with excellent instruction! Definitely low impact. The burpees were my favorite!
Loved it!
The intro class was so much fun! I never thought I would say burpees are fun, but bungee burpees are definitely that! And we got to learn to do a basic fly (what I was hoping to do) which was so fun! I burned way more calories than I expected and had a great time doing it. The only down side is the harness HURTS with all the bouncing around. If I can find some padded pants, I'll be back!
Such a fun workout never done anything like this before I enjoyed it and it’s super affordable. Even as someone who walked in knowing nothing about what I was doing the instructor was so welcoming and helpful .
