I’m afraid if they post a video of our session that it might go viral because of how ridiculous we looked, but we had so much fun!!! Coach K was fun and fantastically patient with us as we were trying to catch on, & her helper Bridget was an inspiration. Coach K even took time to explain some helpful tips for better posture and stretches & was very informative. It was a great team bonding experience for us and we loved it!
This was so incredibly fun! We went for a bachelorette party and had a blast. The girls were so great and instructive. They made sure we were safe and had a great time. So excited we went and 10/10 recommend to anyone
Took clients here for a bungee party! We had a great time! Coach K is awesome. This would be such a good workout to do on a regular basis.
