What should have been a special and memorable experience turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, one staff member — who we later found out was actually the owner — was shockingly rude. He made inappropriate comments about my weight, saying I looked like I weighed more than I did. Overall the bungee jumping experience was great. Alex and Ron were amazing. THE ONLY reason I am giving this 4 stars is due to the lack of warning about the intensity of the hike leading up to the bridge. A week prior there was snowfall in the San Gabriel Mountains which was melting due to the high temperatures the week of our expedition. Unforgettable experience! Beautiful hike and jumping off the bridge was epic. Alex, Dylan, and Antman did an exceptional job of ensuring everyone's safety during the hike and at the bridge. They brought the energy and reminded us that doing hard things and being in uncomfortable situations promotes personal growth. I was impressed with the entire process.
