This place is an absolute disaster. Three and a half hrs later I got a dock door. People working here are simply said, too condescending.

I would suggest coming from airport dr, turn onto nine mile rd, then Hanover and finally Mary st. Tight turns but the roads are bit wider then coming up from Williamsburg rd, which also has some low hanging branches. Check in isn’t too bad, lady upfront definitely has some atttitude. Just fill out the paperwork she handles you and will let you know what the temp for your reefer should be, will give you a door or tell you to wait for a door. 1-5 on one side of the building and 6-10 on the other side. It was my first time and it will be my last time too Lady in the office is so rude yelling for no reason I drove their parking lot with out knowing to park on the street first and they intentionally delayed loading over 7 hours to get loaded
