A bit overpriced, even for Ojai but beautiful things.
Pretty store full of candles, gifts, outdoor furniture and jewelry that I wish I could bring home.
I sent inquiry about the inventory status of a specific item twice, but received no replies after a week. When I had to call them, a lady told me to check emails and give a reply soon, but they hadn't. Eventually the rude lady suddenly hung up with sighing while my follow-up call. I've never experienced such an unpleasant customer service before. I used to love this shop, but would never visit again.
