I sent inquiry about the inventory status of a specific item twice, but received no replies after a week. When I had to call them, a lady told me to check emails and give a reply soon, but they hadn't. Eventually the rude lady suddenly hung up with sighing while my follow-up call. I've never experienced such an unpleasant customer service before. I used to love this shop, but would never visit again.

What a fun Ojai shop! You can find a gift for anyone on your list. I found some absolutely wonderful and unique things for my grandson and the most darling baby clothes for a baby shower. There is a great selection of things for the home, jewelry and a clothing store upstairs. Sarah and the other women who work there are helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a stop.
Always such a pleasure to shop for a unique gift for someone (or for myself). Ojai is lucky you call us home!
