Had a rock induced crack on Thursday just before Easter. Contacted my insurer. Due to the Easter break didn't hear from them until Tuesday, booked in and replaced Wednesday. No fuss no issues, just friendly professional service.
Went in to get my rear view mirror reattached and they said no problem. Took less than 5 minutes so happy!
