Bundles by BC provides great customer service to all customers . The hair is great and caters to many hair textures . The hair is soft which makes it a great investment and the hair has longevity!
Hair barely lasted through the first install. Shedded, tangled horribly. I don't mind paying for quality but this is not it. I do not know how their other hair textures are, but for the kinky straight look elsewhere. It tangled so badly I purchased hair from another company and had to re-install my sew-in. Hair was soft customer service was great. But, the hair was shedding like crazy. My longest bundle was 22 inches, purchase end of September. It shed so bad my second install in ended up having to cut it to shoulder length😫
