I have had numerous massages in my life and Sara is my go to therapist for a massage from now on. Sara always starts the session with a Q&A on how I’m feeling, ensuring that she knows exactly where my areas of concern are, and what type of massage I need that day. I have had chronic low back and shoulder issues and she has addressed both, knowing intuitively when to go deep and when to be soft. I highly recommend Sara for your next massage.
I really enjoyed Sara's infant massage course. I am a postpartum doula in Bend, and was connected with Sara by a mutual friend. I was lucky enough to meet with her the day she was starting this session and immediately signed up. Her course covers full body infant massage as well as colic/gas relief and more! Sara provides a welcoming space for parents to connect with their babies as well as other parents which is so valuable. I highly recommend any parents/doulas to take this course!
Sara is so WONDERFUL! She has a lovely welcoming space. She's kind, compassionate and so talented! I love that she uses quality essential oils during the massage. I can't wait to see her again- I plan on incorporating massage into my self-care routine from here on out-also love that she offers packages! HIGHLY Recommended!
Sara is an amazing massage therapist!! I recently scheduled a 30 minute massage with her and last minute, upped it to 60 minutes and I am glad I did! She was able to work through the tension I hold in my body in the most gentle and relaxing way. I walked away rejuvenated! Her office is clean and serene and her calming energy is very inviting! I highly recommend Sara for all your massage needs!
