Very happy with the whole process
Always a pleasure to visit this professional clinic - and I love my doctor Dr Heather Courtney. I am always confident of receiving expert, caring diagnosis whatever my problem. Dr Heather listens! I also received painless flu and RSV vaccinations today - very gentle nurse. Thankyou! I also had a phlebotomy - so gentle I didn’t feel a thing! Very grateful .
The doctors are dedicated, professional, and the staff are generally kind and helpful. The clinic provides good care and service overall. However, the waiting times are very frustrating. Even with a booked appointment, I usually wait around 40 minutes or more. Sometimes during my appointment time, the doctor calls another patient before me, which can feel unfair and disappointing. I hope the clinic can improve its appointment scheduling and reduce waiting times.
