I booked my Mercedes a week in advance to fix a water leak, but when I arrived, Michael claimed he might not be able to fix it due to needing an extra person. A few hours later, he called and said I needed a new water pump, but he didn't have the tools for it but I can still do the normal service. He said I can make a booking for you at Mercedes shop, claiming he'd already opened part of my car and it would take a while to put it back again. 10 out 10 service. My family have been taking their vehicles to bundall auto care for some years now. I now know why... The service on my my car hasn't happened at other mechanics on the Gold Coast. A fantastic high quality mechanical service. Will not take my vehicle any where else but bundall auto care from now on.
