The mechanic immediately flagged my struts as needing repair and entered it into the system on the spot, leaving me no chance to seek a second opinion. I found this approach heavy-handed and extremely disappointing. Customers deserve fairness and transparency during a roadworthy inspection, not to feel cornered or pressured. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.”

I would absolutely give a five-star rating! They didn’t ignore or treat me unfairly just because I’m a backpacker. On the contrary, they patiently communicated with me to understand my needs and accomplished what other repair shops couldn’t. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable. This is the only car repair shop I’d recommend in Bundaberg, and I will definitely return in the future!
